This is a letter reflecting the concerns and observations of numerous SBS alumni (several generations) regarding the search for the next SBS Head of School and the selection of the top three candidates for the position, each of whom is scheduled for a meet-and-greet at the School during the next two weeks. Here is that schedule: Monday, December 3 (Dr. Timothy Wiens), Thursday, December 6 (Dr. Thomas Stoner) and Monday, December 10 (Mr. Joshua Crane) at 7 pm in Carson.

Please read this letter and thoughtfully consider the issues raised here. If you share these concerns, we suggest you send this same message to the Board of Trustees ([email protected]) for them to consider. When you do so, be sure to include your SBS graduation year. It's important that the Board have an opportunity to receive feedback from alumni apart from the surveys and forums it has provided.
